Ostenweg specializes in ‘Light’ EPC services, focusing primarily as the Main Contractor for photovoltaic power plant construction all over Europe. Authorized in Engineering and Design up to 20kV in Romania.
ONLY with our own personnel, we manage projects from planning through construction and handover, ensuring meticulous attention and successful completion.
1. Civil Works
Includes road construction, foundations, and fencing.
2. Mechanical Installation
Involves precision piling works using GPS-equipped ramming machines and proficient assembly of structures and modules.
3. Electrical Installation
Managed by certified engineers and electricians handling all AC/DC cabling, inverter installations, and Scada/Monitoring systems.
4. Testing and Commissioning
Conducts thorough testing in line with industry standards.

In 2020, we celebrated a significant milestone with the completion of our first major ground-mounted PV project, a 41MW installation in Spain. This achievement marked a pivotal moment in our journey, shaping us into the company we are today.
In 2021, we set a record by constructing the largest floating solar project in Europe, located in the Netherlands, with an overall capacity of 41MW. This achievement highlights our capability to deliver large-scale PV projects efficiently and effectively.
In 2023, we successfully built our first project in Italy—a 51MW installation featuring a 2P fixed tilt solution. This project represents our continued expansion and commitment to delivering advanced renewable energy solutions across Europe.
In 2023, we completed our first ‘Light’ EPC project in Romania, which included design and the installation of a 51MW tracker system. Our excellent results led to our customer awarding us the Glodeni II phase, a 64MW project with the same scope of work, set to commence in 2024
In 2024, we proudly embarked on the construction of our largest PV project to date, nearly 100MW in Spain. This significant endeavor underscores our commitment to advancing renewable energy solutions on a grand scale.
We are currently nearing the energization of Germany’s largest floating solar project—a 15MW installation that we successfully built within just two months. This rapid completion underscores our efficiency and expertise in delivering complex renewable energy solutions
