Ostenweg specializes in offering ‘Light’ EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) services, particularly in Romania where we are authorized in Engineering Design up to 20kV.
However, our primary focus lies in serving as the Main Contractor for photovoltaic power plant construction projects. We meticulously plan, construct, and supervise each major project on a case-by-case basis, ensuring the highest level of attention and care until the successful completion of every project.

This is mainly separated into 4 different stages: Civil works, Mechanical and Electrical Installation and Testing/ commissioning.
Civil Works
Our expertise encompasses road construction, foundations, trenching works and fencing, besides others. Our dedicated team for fence construction brings together a wealth of experience and technical know-how to ensure the highest quality in every project we undertake.
Mechanical Installation
Utilizing our state-of-the-art and our 5 ramming machines equipped with GPS technology and manned by certified drivers, we guarantee precision in piling works. From fixed tilt to tracker installations, our staff handles structure assembly and module installation with proficiency.
Electrical Installation
Our Electrical Engineers and certified electricians manage all aspects of AC/ DC cabling, earthing systems, inverter and transformer station installations, DC CBs or string inverter systems, and Scada/Monitoring installations.
Test and Commissioning
We conduct product-specific testing and commissioning in accordance with industry standards and manufacturers’ specifications.
Floating System PV projects
Our specialized team ensures timely mechanical and electrical installations, including testing and delivering a fully operational system to our clients. This comprehensive approach ensures the exceptional quality and durability of our constructions.
